Shipping & Delivery
Shipping charges are calculated for each individual shipment. To calculate your shipping charges, add items to the shopping cart and enter your address and zip code in the shipping estimator. We ship via USPS. If you have any questions, please contact us. All orders placed by 2:00PM EST, will ship out the same day. All other orders ship all items out the next business day via method selected. All orders ship ground. If you need an order quicker, please contact us regarding quicker shipping options.

 

Returns & Replacements
BloodMap Clothing & Decks is interested in customer satisfaction and will accept qualified returns and exchanges.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise you received, please return it for an exchange or full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Returned goods must be unused, in new condition, clothing must be unwashed and not worn, and videos un-opened. Assembled skateboards cannot be returned, including decks that have had grip tape applied. Boards broken by improper foot placement or misuse cannot be returned.

To return an item for an exchange or credit, you must contact us for Return Authorization. Then simply ship the items back to us using the address on your packing slip using the carrier of your choice. Customer will be responsible for all shipping cahrges associated with any qualified returned product. Returns are processed within 72 hours after we recieve the returned products. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please Note:
    •    Exchanges processed prior to 90 days are subject to availability. In the event that the item you requested for an exchange is no longer available, a refund will be processed as stated below.
    •    Refunds will be processed in the form of payment used on the original order. For credit card refunds, please allow 1 or 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. GiftCards are available upon request.
    •    Refunds and GiftCards will include product and tax amount only. If an incorrect item was shipped, or products were flawed or damaged in transit, prior to 90 days, we will also include the shipping charges in your refund.
    •    We cannot accept COD returns.

 

Ordering
We have real time inventory on our site and all orders are shipped out the next business day after you order. Rest assured that if we see an order that does not have parts that work well together we will notify you. Also if you have any questions about products or comatibility please contact us. We've made online shopping easy! Just follow the steps below to locate and purchase your favorite products on our website.

     Online Orders
:

  1. Search or browse the site to locate the items you want to buy. There are several ways to do this: Search by keyword or product name in the search box at the top of every page, search by product number in the Search box at the top of every page or browse through the products on the site by selecting one of the category tabs at the top of the page.
  2. When you find products you would like to purchase, choose the appropriate quantities, sizes, etc. and add the items to your cart.
  3. When you have finished shopping and are ready to checkout, click the Checkout button on the shopping cart page. (To get to the shopping cart page, click on the Shopping Cart link at the top of the page.)
  4. If you are a registered user, log in using your email address and password for faster checkout.
  5. Fill in all of the required information on the shipping and billing pages. If you have forgotten to fill in a required field, we will alert you to the area in red text so you can go back and try again. Complete the required field with the requested information and continue to checkout again.
  6. Review your order before submitting to verify all of the information is correct and to get your calculated order total.
  7. Submit the order and print a copy of the Thank You page containing your customer number and order number for your records. A confirmation email will also be sent containing your order information to the email address provided during checkout.

 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment for orders is made when you check out. We do our best to give you the best prices online for our products. Prices are non negotiable. We run promotions all the time but the promotion prices are only good during the time the promotion is running.

 

Viewing Orders
To view orders you must log into the account you created during your checkout process and click on the order history link. To track orders click on the track order link at the top of your account page. If you did not create an account you can not view your order history or track orders from our site and you must contact us for information regarding your orders

 

Updating Account Information
You may log in at any time to update your accoun information. Please be aware that if you change order information after you place it it may not actually be updated in time. Please contact us to update or modify your orders.

 

Privacy & Security
You can use your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card for all of your purchases in a 100% safe and secure environment using Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available) with your privacy protected. All Credit Cards are processed through our secure payment gateway; PayPal. You may also check-out using the local pick-up method.

  1. This store does collect demographic data and personal data to provide you a better internet experience.
  2. Your personal details will remain private and confidential. We will never sell, rent, barter or share your personal details in any way with any other company. All data collected is for our internal use only.
  3. We hate spam as much as you do. Actually, I think we hate it more since we get something like 100-odd junk e-mails each day. So, we will NEVER send you any unsolicited e-mail. If you choose to subscribe to our free weekly newsletter, you will receive your newsletter once every week. Clear unsubscribe details are always shown on the newsletter.
  4. If you choose not to receive our free weekly newsletter, we will only contact you to answer your queries and/or send you your order confirmation. We will not contact you anytime else.
  5. We may from time to time, send you pertinent information on special offers, giveaways or special discounts should you choose to subscribe to it. In any case, you will receive no more than one (1) of such e-mail every week.
  6. This site does use cookies. However, we do not keep any of your personal details on cookies. We simply store your Customer ID (just a number) in cookie format. This Customer ID does not correlate to any of your personal information. We also store your first name on cookie format to personalise this website. This cookie is only present if you have not registered as a member of our site. If you are a member, then the only cookie that we use is the Customer ID cookie.
  7. We may from time to time post up surveys to measure your response to certain new additions to the website. As a rule, you are never forced to fill in these surveys. Furthermore, should you choose to fill in the surveys, you can choose to remain anonymous.
  8. BloodMap Clothing & Decks will from time to time run sweepstakes on our website. Any information entered through these sweepstakes also complies with this privacy policy. We will never ever share your personal details with another company.
